Final Exam Instructions: 100 Questions
Exam Information
This exam is 100 questions long.
In order to pass this Exam, you must achieve a score of 70% or greater. You will only be allowed one attempt.
If you do not pass, you may apply to the course administrator to take the Course and Exam again. There will be a re-take fee charged for this service.
The exam pertains to the 2020 version of CSA Standard Z614 Children’s playground equipment and surfacing, so you should have a copy of the standard in front of you while taking the exam.
We encourage you to study for the exam prior to starting. Participants have found that adding tabs throughout their CSA Z614 standard for quick reference has been very helpful in successfully completing the exam.
Please Note: It is acknowledged that throughout the examination any reference to the CSA Standard is intended to identify CAN/CSA Z614 – A Standard for Children’s playground equipment and surfacing.
Exam Instructions
The exam is displayed 1 question at a time.
There will be a question summary at the top of the page as shown below.
If at any point you would like to save a question to come back to later, you can click the “Review Question” button. The question will be highlighted yellow in the question summary. To return to the question, click on the question number in the question summary.
If you would like to filter the question summary to show only the “Review”, “Answered”, or “Unanswered” questions you can click on the respective filter below the question summary. To reset the question summary, click “View All” and you will return to seeing all of the questions.
Once you have answered all the questions, click the “Exam Summary” button for final review. This will take you to the exam summary page.
Once on the “Exam Summary” page, click the “Finish Exam” button to complete the exam and see your results.
One final note before you get started:
Most of the questions are multiple choice with one answer, however, there will be a few questions where multiple answers are selectable and possibly correct. These questions will be marked by “(choose all that apply)” in the question text, as in the image below:
